Chocolate Covered Strawberry Ice Cream

written by Beverly May 8, 2013

Nothing satisfies my sweet tooth more then berries and chocolate! Growing up my mom would always have frozen berries and for dessert I would pour myself a bowl of them, add milk, and drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Yum!

My husband’s family, on the other hand loves ice cream. Never was dessert served at their house without ice cream. And so that is where I got the inspiration for this ice cream recipe. Enjoy!
